In the emblematic Quinta da la Rosa, the Cozinha da Clara restaurant focuses on Portuguese cuisine, with local and seasonal products, but complementing and not forgetting the gastronomic heritage of the Bergqvist family, with the recipes of grandmother Claire. The executive chef, Pedro Cardoso, has worked in the Douro for over 10 years. To accompany the menu, a wine list carefully chosen by the winemaker of the house.
